The Royal Ordinance Depot, Harmans Way, Weedon Bec, Northampton NN7 4PS

Housed in a former weapons store built during the Napoleonic era, Gasoline Juice offers a roomy venue perfect for motoring club meets. The displays are cool—we particularly love the wall art featuring Jag bonnets painted in WWII RAF liveries. There’s a mix of seating, from cosy sofas to long tables that can accommodate any group size, with gaming stations to keep little ones entertained. They offer a simple food menu of freshly made pizzas and hot dogs, with a drinks license. Be sure to check out their busy events. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday being the best times to visit if you want to see some serious machinery roll in.

Our favourite haunt, we often call in here on our way to a Bicester Scramble. Weekends are heaving—expect to queue, which thankfully moves steadily. The decor is great, with the walls adorned in motorcycle paraphernalia and pictures of 70s glam idols. The music is toe-tappingly good and ever-present, with a buzz of friendly excitement as diners tuck into hearty breakfasts with steaming mugs of tea and coffee, served by a well-oiled and dedicated team of staff who scurry about keeping waiting times to a minimum. No pre-booking required but limited parking, so arrive early. There’s parking for over 500 bikes, making it a top stop for club meets.
